Suspects arrested in AR with 43 cloned credit cards


Three people arrested in Arkansas and facing more than 40 felony charges each after 43 suspected cloned credit cards were found in their possession.

The suspects reportedly attempted to fraudulently load gift cards at a Walmart store in Malvern and after they left, the Malvern employees contacted employees at the Benton Walmart about the suspects.

At approximately 1:43 p.m. on Tuesday, Benton Walmart loss prevention team members contacted officers about the suspects who left the store, got into a vehicle and drove toward Interstate 30.

Officers located the suspects on I-30 and conducted a traffic stop. During a search of the vehicle, officers located 43 suspected cloned credit cards. The suspects were taken into custody.

All three suspects are expected to face additional charges from the Malvern Police Department. This is an ongoing investigation and more charges are possible from the Benton Police Department and/or other law enforcement agencies.
