Sad, sad news this afternoon. The body of the 4-year-old boy, Damien, has been located in Madison County.
Crews are still searching for his 1-year-old sister, Cristal.
About 3pm on Saturday, Damien and Cristal's mom called 911 when her vehicle became stranded in high water. Her vehicle was swept downstream by the rushing water. As the mother was trying to save her children from the vehicle, the water swept them apart.
The mother was found downstream and refused to go to the hospital until her children were found.
Again, the recovery effort still continues for 18 month old Cristal.
