Sixty-three acts and hundreds of performances, including 14-time Grammy winner Ricky Skaggs on May 28 at Echo Hollow Amphitheatre & Kentucky Thunder, 8-time Female Vocalist of the Year Rhonda Vincent with Rage, 7-time Vocal Group of the Year Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver. Plus, fresh, contemporary artists bring the bluegrass heat, including Flatt Lonesome, and Ray Cardwell & Tennessee Moon.

Food also is center-stage, as we continue our Year of Food & Crafts. Barbecue feasts fills grills throughout the park. A new BBQ Pitmaster Courtyard offers barbeque feasting, with layered Barbeque Sundaes, a Ribs Spectacular, grilled sides, and Mason Jar Desserts and a Bottle Neck Brothers Sauce Shack with hundreds of sauces to sample and take home.
Accomplished guest BBQ Chefs will host demonstrations and cooking tips!
Red Gold Heritage Hall turns into the largest presentation hall on the park: The House of BBQ, featuring a flavor feast from St. Louis-style ribs and smoked chicken to Texas brisket and pulled pork -- direct from large outdoor charcoal grills and the park’s custom-made 20-foot long smoker. An all-you-can-eat BBQ rib feast is featured on the Square each afternoon with fall-off-the-bone smoked ribs in four flavors, plus the park’s famous 18-hour smoked brisket.
