Little Rock is #1 on WalletHub's Fattest Cities list

Little Rock, we need to hit the gym!

It's not just Arkansas, though. "As of 2017, almost 40% of the U.S. population aged 15 and older is obese." Easy to grab fast-food and increasingly cheaper grocery items do not help! Why are the foods that are good for you so much more expensive!?

According to this WalletHub article, "the extra pounds have inflated the costs of obesity-related medical treatment to nearly $316 billion a year and annual productivity losses due to work absenteeism to more than $8.6 billion."

To find what cities are tipping the scale more than others, WalletHub compared 100 of the most populated U.S. metro areas across 18 key indicators of weight-related problems. They looked at physically inactive adults to projected obesity rates by 2030 to healthy-food access.  And congrats to most of the South (I guess)... we like to eat!
