One Walmart cashier was given a life-changing opportunity when her unexpected performance of a Dolly Parton classic landed her viral fame and unbelievable, subsequent opportunities. Kayla Slone, a Walmart cashier, broke into a heavenly performance of the heartwarming song "Coat Of Many Colors", bearing a striking vocal resemblance to the living legend herself.
The remarkable, impromptu performance was uploaded by Slone's close friend, explaining that she was adamant about this clip being seen and enjoyed by any and all in hopes of her friend making a successful step into the big leagues! Shoppers were silent as the phenomenal talent angelically sang, "My coat of many colors/ That my momma made for me/ Made only from rags/ But I wore it so proudlyAlthough we had no money/ I was rich as I could be/ In my coat of many colors/ My momma made for me."
Upon her performance going viral, Slone achieved a newfound height of success, as she was later asked to perform at the "Mother Church of Country Music", the Grand Ole Opry. As if such a nostalgic honor wasn't enough for this gal, her appearance on Anderson Cooper's show Anderson Live resulted in the young girl being personally asked to the 2013 ACM Awards by country star Dierks Bentley!
