Carly Pearce Is Not 'Holding Back'

Carly Pearce has been on an emotional rollercoaster after being rocked by her divorce from Michael Ray and death of her producer Busbee. But, she isn't one to hold back her emotions.

Releasing her newest collection of songs on her latest album,' 29,' Carly hopes fans are feeling "Every Little Thing," as the country singer openly bares her soul through vivid storytelling and powerful lyrics.

In a recent interview with Cody Alan, the "I Hope Your Happy Now" singer shared why she feels it important to have honest conversations in her music.

"I mean, I have always been somebody who writes what she knows," says Carly. "I think it's a lot easier for people to peg that this entire batch of music and everything that I write is going to be about this relationship, but that's not really true."

"Honestly, we all go through many experiences," says Carly candidly. "I think that what I am doing is stemming from all of the experiences that I have had and just taking the parts of it."
