My friend Laura Monteverdi of THV11 did a story about these amazing new healthy vending machines that are popping up in Little Rock. When you're hungry and you're only option is a vending machine, it's difficult to eat healthy. You try to choose the "healthiest" option... so maybe some Veggie Straws or peanut butter cracker. Well, this vending machine offers so much more, like fresh salads. I hope will start to see more of these popping up across the state.
