Some number-crunchers at the career website Zippia tried to figure out the worst -- and best -- states to be a man, based on stuff like unemployment rates, percentage of college degrees and work fatalities, among other things.

Here’s a rundown of the Top 10 worst states for guys:

5. Arkansas

8. Oklahoma
