Lindsay Ell launches a new single and a new movement!

LINDSAY ELL: Launches "Make You Movement"

To coincide with the release of her song, "Make You," Lindsay Ell is launching the Make You Movement to create awareness and provide monetary support for at-risk youth, along with survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.

While assisting in the launch of the Youth For Tomorrow music program, Lindsay sat with a group of girls who'd been victims of rape and sex trafficking. After sharing her own experience of being raped at the age of 13, she left the facility prepared to make her story public. With the help of Brandy Clark, they wrote "Make You."

With the Make You Movement, proceeds from "Make You," will be donated to fund organizations that support these kids on an as-needed basis.

Lindsay says, “I believe music has the power to heal. The reason I decided to share my story at this point in my life is that I want it to be able to help a lot of people; and the best way to help people is to not only raise my voice, but to raise money in an effort to raise awareness and understanding."

"Make You" is available for download now. It's also part of Lindsay's upcoming album, Heart Theory, set to release on August 14th.
