JON PARDI: It's Pardi Time!

Jon Pardi has teamed up with CMT for Pardi Time -- an eight-episode show streaming on the network's digital platforms. He'll have creative control of the series, including content, casting, directing and hosting. 

Pardi Time will premiere on October 6th on CMT'sFacebookandYouTubechannels.

ROUTE 91 HARVEST FESTIVAL: Victims Will Split $800 Million

More than 4000 victims of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017, will receive a portion of $800 million from a class action settlement.

The MGM Corporation who owns Mandalay Bay, the hotel where the shooter was located, will pay $429 million from their corporate funds. The rest will be paid by the company's liability insurance. 

58 people died in the attack and thousands of others were injured when 64-year-old Stephen Paddock opened fire on the crowd attending the country music festival. Paddock was found dead in a hotel room from self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

Blake Shelton, Thomas Rhett and Kane Brown lead the country nominees for the E! People's Choice Awards. 

Blake is nominated in the all-genre2020 Male Artist of the Year and Country Artist of 2020categories. Thomas and Kane are nominated for Country Artist of 2020and Soundtrack Song of the Year for “On Me,” from Scoob!

Dan and Shay are nominated in the all-genre2020 Group of the Year.

Voting is opennow. The awards will be given out on November 15th on E!
