The Alzheimer's Association - Arkansas Chapter is holding the 5th Annual NWA RivALZ Blondes vs Brunettes Flag Football Game on May 4th.
Both teams are busy holding social events to raise funds. Whichever team raises the most money is awarded 7 extra points on the scoreboard on game day! Last year this campaign raised almost $60,000.
Money that we raise in these events are spent on the advancement of research, it helps to enhance care and support for all affected, and it also helps to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health awareness programs. The best part is all of the money stays in Arkansas! The Alzheimer's Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
About this event...
Grab your shirts and sign-in at Wanderoo's Pizza Bar! A pizza bar will be available at Wanderoo Lodge’s Gravel Bar from noon-1pm and then crawlers will be shuttled downtown to begin the crawl!
We will have a scavenger hunt and poker run over 6 locations. Winners will be placed in a raffle for a two night stay in a Eureka Springs AirBnB!
Event stops will have themed drink specials and there will be chances to win swag and gift certificates along the way. During this crawl, you'll also get a chance to view Eureka Springs' Mardi Gras Parade! Always a fun event!
