Blake Shelton received a heartwarming tribute from his fiancée Gwen Stefani!
This week's two-part season finale of The Voice was an especially significant moment for Shelton, who marked his 10th year as a coach on the long-running singing competition show. In honoring the occasion, Shelton received a special tribute from his wife-to-be Stefani, who appeared onscreen in a special montage video wishing the country crooner a happy anniversary.
"Surprise, Blakey!” the “Slow Clap” singer says in the clip. “Obviously, you changed my life when I met you on The Voice my first season but sometimes I don’t think you realize the impact you have had on so many other people’s lives on this show. A few of your former artists wanted to make sure you know what you meant to them. So happy 10-year anniversary, we love you so much."
From there, several of Team Blake’s alumna appeared onscreen to thank and wish him a happy anniversary, including Cassadee Pope, RaeLynn, Toneisha Harris, Todd Tilghman, Ian Flanigan, Danielle Bradbery, The Swon Brothers, and Lauren Duski.
As fans know, Shelton started as a coach on the show since The Voice premiered in 2011, and he remains the only original coach to have appeared on all 20 seasons. Of those seasons, the "Happy Anywhere" musician has taken eight of his team members to victory, including Season 20 contestant Cam Anthony, who was announced the winner of the most recent season.
