Nate Smith announced on Wednesday (February 19) that actor and comedian Kevin James stars in his music video thatās set to release at the end of the week.
Smith previously confirmed HARDY is his mystery collaboration partner after posting several teasers on social media. The āWorld on Fireā hitmaker also prompted his followers to guess āthe next surprise personā appearing in the āNobody Likes Your Girlfriendā music video. Smithās only hint was āitās not a musician,ā and some of the commenters correctly guessed James. The music video will also feature digital creator Amanda Mertz and Internet personality Sophia La Corte, Smith said on Wednesday.
āNobody Likes Your Girlfriendā will release on Friday (February 21).
The collaboration with HARDY is the latest song to release from Smith since the reigning Academy of Country Music New Male Artist of the Year delivered his sophomore album in October. California Gold included āFix What You Didnāt Break,ā āCan You Die From a Broken Heartā withĀ Avril Lavigne, āBulletproof,ā āI Like Itā withĀ Alesso, and more. The 16-track record followed Smithās self-titled debut album and its deluxe edition in 2023. Smith hinted at new music on the way in a recent interview with iHeartCountry.
Smith the star-studded lineup of the 2025 iHeartCountry Festival, which is slated to take place on Saturday, May 3. The festival, hosted by iHeartRadioāsĀ Bobby Bones, will return to Moody Center in Austin, Texas. Other artists in the lineup includeĀ Brooks & Dunn,Ā Thomas Rhett,Ā Rascal Flatts,Ā Sam Hunt,Ā Megan Moroney,Ā Bailey ZimmermanĀ andĀ Cole Swindell.
