Sara Evans, Lauren Alaina Talk About 'The Joys, Surprises Of Pregnancy'

Sara Evans shared advice with Lauren Alaina on the latest episode of Diving In Deep with Sara Evans.

The iconic “Born To Fly” singer and mother of three spoke with Alaina about balancing busy careers in country music with motherhood. Alaina announced earlier this year that she’s pregnant with Baby No. 1. She made the sweet announcement in the full circle music video for her single, “Those Kind Of Women.”

Alaina married her husband, Cam Arnold, in February 2024. The parents-to-be shared the gender reveal shortly after making the pregnancy announcement, and Alaina confirmed her daughter is due in late March. She and Evans — a mom to son Avery, 25, and daughters Olivia and Audrey, 22 and 20, respectively — “discuss the joys and surprises of pregnancy...(and) the challenges of balancing motherhood with a busy career, and the importance of enjoying every moment of this incredible journey.”

The pair also spoke about Alaina’s career-launching run on American Idol, their respective experiences with Dancing With The Stars, their passion for music and more throughout the podcast episode “filled with laughter, wisdom, and a few surprises along the way.”
