These have seen a spike is sales during 'rona!

If you thought that massive amounts of toilet paper was the strangest thing people have bought during the ‘rona, think again. Americans have been lowkey buying up some very surprising items and started purchasing trends that could only exist in 2020. Here are some products that have seen huge surges in sales since the lockdown hit:

Roller skates.Google searches for ”roller skates″ spiked in May and retailers have been struggling to keep up with the demand. Some manufactures have even opened up new factories to keep the inventory coming in.If you’ve got a pair collecting dust somewhere, now's the time to either strap them on or sell them for some good money.

RVs.The travel industry has been hit hard during the crisis, except for the recreational vehicle market. RVs dealers are selling more of them than ever and RV rentals have surged. People are even borrowing other people’s mobile homes more than ever. The serviceRVShare, which is like the Airbnb of houses on wheels says their bookings are up 1,000%.

Guns.Would it be an event in America if gun sales didn’t go up? The FBI just did a record 3.9 million background checks in June. Take the fear from the rona, mix it in with all the civil unrest, and add a dash of people worried their fifth amendment will get upended in an election year, and you’ve got the perfect recipe to sell lots of guns.

Yeast. To avoid trips to the grocery store, and for the love of carbs,it seems like everyone has turned into an amateur baker. And because of it, yeast sales were up by 647% compared to last year. That’s a lot of dough...whomp whomp.
