An Ohio woman is going to jail for 90 days because a McDonald's drive-thru worker forgot to give her a cookie.
24-year-old Daja Tucker was arrested after she lost her McMind and attacked several McDonald's workers... all because her drive-thru order did not contain a cookie. Tucker, who cops say was intoxicated, climbed through the drive-thru window to fight with employees. A judge watched the surveillance footage, which he called "truly shocking," and gave a play-by-play of her criminal actions. He told her, "At this point you spit on her. You just spit on her during this pandemic. And what’s the reason for your attack? You didn’t get your cookie.”
Tucker was then dealt a sentence of 90 days in jail, where she may or man not be served a cookie with her three square meals.
