SUPER BOWL 55: NFL Tightens Rules
The NFL isn't playing games when it comes to making Super Bowl 54 as safe as possible -- as proven by strict rules laid down about fan participation.
According toESPN, the league has decided to limit attendance at Tampa's Raymond James Stadium at 20 percent of the venue's usual 65,000 person capacity -- despite the fact that Republican governor Ron DeSantis has been pushing to have a full house. The NFL's also putting a mandatory mask rule into effect, which also contradicts DeSantis's position against mask rules.
Super Bowl 55 will be played on February 7th.
