Gun Bill passed AR House and is now heading to Governor Asa Hutchinson's desk

The bill, known as SB724, would exempt concealed carry at athletic events at state college and universities.

A weeek ago, Gov. Asa Hutchinson signed bill to allow the guns on campuses and training hospitals like UAMS. People would have to undergo special training before carrying the weapons onto state college and university property.

However, today, the House passed a bill to exempt conceal carry at sporting events. The bill is now headed to Gov. Hutchinson's desk.

Hog calls and guns at the stadium!

Coach Beliema has given his opinion on the matter:

"I'm ultimately going to go to a kid and recruit him from around this country and when i say to a parent 'I take your son's safety to the highest degree of my heart,' I don't ever want to put that in jeopardy."
