Live alligator stolen from the AR Game & Fish center has been recovered

Apparently, these 3 guys "allegedly" broke into the Witt Stephens Jr Nature Center in the Rivermarket in Little Rock and stole a live alligator. The alligator was actually found under the seat of one of the suspects vehicles.

Samuel Cooper, 23, of Benton; Landon Williamson, 24, of Bryant; and Kevin Patrick, 24, of Little Rock are the guys charged.

"We also are missing a very realistic replica of a western diamondback rattlesnake,” said Neil Curry, nature center director for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. “We are asking anyone who sees the snake replica to please report it to us immediately so we can return it to the center as swiftly as possible.”

For anyone that finds the replica, please call the nature center at (501) 907-0636.

Thousands of dollars of damage was done to the center, so it is closed while under repair.

What are 3 guys going to do with an alligator, anyway?

Here, hold my beer... I'm going to steal and alligator.
