Do you cross-train, and play a bunch of different sports? Or, do you specialize and focus all your time and attention on one sport?
Researchers found that college athletes who specialized in their sport before age 14 were more likely to have a history of injuries -- but they were also more likely to be recruited and more likely to receive a scholarship for their sport. (Market Watch)
