According to a new study, you have the best chance of getting a speeding ticket if you are driving around Wyoming, where they issued more speeding tickets per capita than anywhere in the nation.
West Virginia, on the other hand, issued the fewest tickets of any state, with Michigan and North Dakota also pretty much leaving drivers alone.
How did Arkansas do? We don't know. They were able to obtain info from all states except Arkansas and Louisiana. Weird, right?
