There is a new sleep hack on TikTok that will have you falling asleep fast. It has to do with your pressure points.
All you have to do is rub the inner part of your wrist in a circular motion for a few minutes and off to sleep you go.
Acupuncturists say it’s one of four pressure points along your inner forearm that will calm the mind and alleviate stress.
