Uber drivers have some dating advice!!

Uber drivers see a lot and that gives them a unique perspective to offer helpful relationship advice.

If you use Uber, you may have had a moment in your car-sharing experiences where you and your driver connected. Sometimes it’s easier to talk to a stranger when something is on your mind and these drivers have heard and seen it all. So it’s really no surprise that they’ve got some good tips about love and relationships based on experience. Here’s some love life advice from real Uber drivers:

Expand your dating pool - Passengers have shared with driver Angela in Los Angeles that finding a partner who’s ready to commit is hard because everyone’s too focused on pursuing their dreams. Her advice? “Find a tourist that’s willing to relocate!”

Tell him to listen up - “I would say this: If men would learn to just listen and sometimes shut up, they would be better off,” says Fred from Potomac, Maryland. “I hear lots of stuff in the car, and ultimately men just need to realize how much smarter women are than they are.”

Don’t be afraid to try again after divorce - “I’m divorced, and I get a lot of women in my car who are also divorced,” says Miss T in Los Angeles. “I try to help them to feel proud and get out there to reinvent themselves. I tell them my story and then I emphasize that women are strong and we can do this—never give up. Cry later.”

Be someone you’d want to date - “I tell people to be the type of person that you want to date,” explains Nicole in Hartford, Connecticut. “Others notice when you're a good person with good intentions.”
