- That’s also not surprising since the survey found 60% of people are too intimidated by their boss to bring up a problem.
- Meanwhile, the 40% who said they’re boss was chill are probably secretly worried the study would get back to them somehow.
And if you are listening, managers? Start talking to your employees more. It could be a communication breakdown that’s keeping us from being calmer around you. Half of the workers surveyed said their boss is totally ineffective at communicating and that’s probably a big part of why the majority of employees also say they’d be much better at their boss’s job.
