LoriLoughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli will learn their sentence in late August. A federal judge has given the couple an August 21stcourt date.As we told you before, the couple plead guilty to conspiracy charges last week.
- Loughlin has agreed to be sentenced to two-months in prison, with two years’ probation and 100 hours of community service. She’ll also fork over a $150-thousand fine.
- Giannulli, on the other hand, has agreed to head up the river and spend five-months in prison He’ll also shell out $250-thousand in fines, be on probation for two years and serve 250 hours of community service.
Thing is? We don’t know if this is what they’ll ultimately be sentenced to as the judge has yet to accept the plea agreement. "They're disappointed," a legal source close to the couple tells PEOPLE. "The whole point of this was to put this behind them, and they wanted the hearing sooner rather than later."
- The couple has now admitted to paying 500-thousand-dollars in bribes to Rick Singer, who got their daughters into the University of Southern California as members of the crew team.
