Elsa is a pretty little thing with beautiful ice-blue eyes (hence the name). She is about a year and a half old and only weighs 21 pounds, so she is definitely "fun sized." She's a little nervous here at the pet resource center, a little shy. But as soon as you get her outside, she's a different dog! She loves to be outside, enjoys playing with other dogs and people, and is a smart, friendly little girl.
She's staying at the pet resource center now while we look for a foster home for her, so you can drop by and visit her. Or if you would like to set up a time to meet Elsa, please reach out to us at adoptnwa@bestfriends.org. She does need a foster home, so if you would be interested in trying Elsa out to see how she fits your family, fostering is a great way to do it!
