Smitty is just about the perfect dog. This whiskery, playful boy was in the Centerton shelter since February, and was getting overlooked, so we decided to bring him in to Best Friends and show off what a wonderful dog he is!
Smits is 2 years old and weighs 59 pounds. He is the most loving, charming and friendly dog you'll ever meet. He loves to play with other dogs, is a sweet, housetrained guy, and loves to get all the love from everyone!
He has become a major staff favorite, and he has been hanging out for the past few days in our admin offices so we can all love on him. He gets these funny, sudden playful bursts and runs around with his toys, tossing them in the air and shaking them. Then he goes back to lying around watching other dogs on the trails outside. The little whiskers on his face just seal the deal. You can't resist the power of the Smitty!
